We also curate the British Methodist Buildings visual database of over 10,000 photographs taken by individuals and the Methodist Church’s Home Mission division. Methodist Portrait Prints
Over 2,000 historic portraits dating from the eighteenth to the twentieth centuries. These images chart developments in engraving techniques to the advent of photography, and beyond.

The Network partners with British Online Archives (BOA) to provide high-quality digitised copies of leading Methodist publications from our collections. For a subscription*, users can access 100,000s pages of printed sources that are not available elsewhere. Available titles:

Oxford Brookes University’s Research Portal: RADAR
This portal hosts all research completed at the University, including publications by our Fellows, Professor Bev Clack and Dr Tom Dobson, and friend of the Network, Dr Clive Norris; as well as research related to Methodism linked to the former Centre for Methodism and Church History. It also hosts a number of 3D models for items found in our collections, which can be explored in 360°, and were kindly created by staff in the University Library’s Digital Services team. Items that can be explored here are:
